HIII!!! I'm back!!..It has been like a month or so since i last post an entry so here it is( a long one too).. The reason i havent got the chance to post was because i am either spring cleaning the house for CNY or doing projects and school work. Of cause apart from that, i had been going out and dancing so that explains why..
18 Jan, Sat.. That was our final day of the filming.. Jasmond, Lionel and I had to report at around 4 while the rest had to report earlier cause they had to wear that hideous costume and promote the event at J8.. The event officially started at 8, if i'm not wrong, first is the normal N.e.G performance.
After that, while the rest went to change into their LED costume, Lionel, Jasmond, me and with the help of Amelia ( Joel's gf) , Leslie and Elizebeth, we had to help out at a booth to teach the audience how to make a LED throwee.. The three of us were sweating like we just came out of shower cause it was really humid with everyone crowding around us, not to mention we just performed finish.. The main performance started, but Lionel and I couldn't watch cause the kids kept asking for the lights and stuff.. After it ended and most of the audience went home, KiKi had to do the performance again but this time is just for the camera as they want a different angle.. So we finally got the chance to watch it while eating popcorn.. That is all..
19 Jan, Sun.. That day was our last training before the CNY.. Aaron came to teach us a choreo using Bruno Mars's treasure.. I was an hour late for the practice so i missed like half of the choreo..It's really obvious to where i finally arrived for the choreo in the video.. I'm the one wearing in red so enjoy!! I wasn't able to catch up with them.. That day was the first time that there were soo many ppl present for the dance.. Those that didn't came for a long time showed up and there were 2 new comers too.. It was a really really huge group so it was fun.. Ow and that day, Jasmond was trying to see what was his limit to carrying ppl up so that day, was the first time i was carried off the ground by my friend.. I was panicking when he lifted me up and made some really weird noises which made Ying hong and Lionel laugh at me T.T..
During CNY.. 30 Jan, thurs was the reunion day so we had our reunion dinner at a coffee shop oppersit of my grandma's place.. That day was just nice Ryan's 13th BD so after eating, we went to my grandma's hse, they played card games for awhile then sang BD song before continue playing until 10pm.. Once reached hm, my family did the final cleaning and tidying up of the hse before CNY.. This year we decided to watch the countdown program from Taiwan but we didn't know that they don't count down at all.. Just show performance and stuff.. So we were still doing our stuff when my father finally realized that it was like 2-3 min past 12.. What a way to start the new year..

31 Jan, Fri.. CNY day 1.. This year was alittle bit different cause usually my aunties and uncles will come to my hse first before going to my grandparent's hse but this year, we went there first then along everyone including my grandparents camme to my hse for visiting and had lunch at my place.. It had been yrs since my grandparents came to my hse but i think nxt yr will revert back to the usual visiting schedule.. After that, as usual, we will take a train to my maternal 2nd auntie's hse for visiting.. This is the only time that all, ok most, of the cousin will be present.. Anyway, we will still get to meet in Oct cause this yr my another cousin, Lay Har jie jie, is getting married! YAY!!.. Ow and my wedge is getting higher yr after yr but this yrs' had exceeded my limit.. super tiring and difficult to walk but mine is still counted as average as compared to my other cousin shoe.. That girl is crazy.. 5th uncle cooked dinner that night + my Jiu ma's killer Thai tom yum soup.. One sip of the soup and the whole mouth is on fire.. It's extremely spicy

1 Feb, Sat..CNY day 2.. Went over to my 5th auntie's hse for visiting in the evening.. I had to do project in the morning so i didn't stay over at my 2nd auntie's hse the night before like what i've done for the past few years.. I reached there around 7, played card games then ate dinner.. It's nice to have a chef in the family.. All the scrumptious food being served that day..

2 Feb, Sun.. CNY day 3.. Visiting at my paternal 3rd uncle's hse followed by 2nd uncle's hse.. I had to brig my laptop that day to do project so it was really really lame and boring..
3 Feb, Mon. CNY day 4..Went Bugis start after class to meet my parents, aunties and cousin for post-New Year sale shopping.. Wan Yong and i went Bugis street cause that's where we can find fashionable yet cheap apperals. I bought a sweatshirt and something else, which i've forgotten what, and as i had project to finish before the dateline, i didn't follow them to Changi point to continue shopping.
4 Feb, Tues.. CNY day 5.. I don't have class that day so first i went Bukit Panjang CC to register for the Youth stars Nite Kpop competition, before heading down to Orchard, Cineleisure, to meet Wan yong to catch a local film called " The Lionmen".. After watching, we shop around for awhile and i bought a jean and a cute T-shirt. WY had night class that day and i had to go my grandma hse for dinner so we left the place around 6.
6 Feb, Thurs..CNY day 7.. My mum invited her Indian and Myanmar colleague to our hse for CNY.. It was actually to let them experience how we celebrated the NY.. There were 4 adorable kids that day, but the naughtiest, yet the cutest of them all was the little Indian boy.. My mum ordered Pizza and bought the lou hei from Sakae Sushi which cost a bomb as compared to the normal ones cause of the fresh and sweet salmon fish..
7 Feb, Fri..CNY day 8.. That day, i had a SPA project presentation..There were 3 guest that day including my teacher to listen to our presentation.. One of the special guest is a architect so she gave us a better indepth of where we could actaully do better for the layout and stuff so it was interesting.. We didn't even thought of the points that she mentioned to us.. That night my family had a steamboat dinner which we will do every single year..I went to buy the ingredients straight after school.. Carrying a laptop and buying groceries is a pain in the ass.. Soo many things to carry and i nearly dropped my laptop twice.. This year we had abalone and some scallop or sth.. It was delicious and was extremely full.. My father convert to a vegetarian so all the meat and stuff it was up to the rest of us to chunk it down..
8 Feb, Sat.. CNY day 9.. That day i had a steamboat dinner again but this time was at Wan Er's hse we the rest of the Hopstacles member.. Everyone was instructed to bring atleast one type of ingredient.. I met Jasmond and Leslie at Hougang Supermart to buy the ingredients first before heading down to WE's hse.. Jasmond and i were in-charged of mushrooms and Leslie was drinks.. Wan Er lay the tables and chair at the pavement at the side of their hse cause they stay at the 1st level.. I helped her mum to wash and cut the vegetables while the rest carry the ingredient out.. While we were about to start, the extension cable had some problem so we had to carry everything back to her hse kitchen and try to squeeze tgt.. After that we played poker cards and took a cab hm around 12+.. It was a really fun day.. We don't really have the habit of taking photos tgt so yea.. When there's food, photos are not important..

15 Feb, Sat.. N.e.G had training at Scape, 1pm.. Did a few full run of the 5 mins+ dance and clean up here and there then around 3+, we bought drinks from NTUC first before taking bus 190 to Bukit Panjang, Senja-cashew cc.. The competition starts at 7pm so when we reach we were like the first 3 groups to reach so we got to test-run on stage.. We did 2 test run, see other competitors dance then we went to change, practice further and it was the start of the event.. My group was the 4th group to dance.. There were 2 judges and 1 of them was Jackie, the Bishan k-fever judge.. So he actually used that previous competition to compare with our dance that day.. We were lack of 3 members that day and he dare to compared our performance.. Ofcause it's not as nice cause we had only 5 members..
Irritating cow.. He only saw us dance for that competition and he seriously acted like we participated alot and he had seen us like more than 10 times like that.. That was what pissed me off.. Don't freaking compare when the number of members is not the same.. So it's pretty obvious.. Even though the other judge might like our dance it takes two hands to clap.. If jackie don't like our performance, even though alot of ppl say ours was good.. We didn't even get 5th place that day.. Ofcause, Winning and Losing is part and parcel of life.. Next competition, we are not going to take any more bullshit..To be exact, I'm not going to take any more bullshit.. Because of this everyone was like blaming themselve cause they make mistake and stuff.. But seriously, everyone make mistakes, we did our best and that was good enough..
Different people have different perspective, we are not able to please everyone so instead of pinpointing out the mistakes we made and making us loss more of our confidence, why can't they just shut up and man up by giving encouragement or just pat on the back for the job well down.. Wan er they all are not helping much also.. We lose means we lose, we can't change that.. We just have to work extra harder and change our style that's all.. But no they like to say who did what mistake and making us feeling like losers that can't do anything without them.. To hell with that..
16 Feb, Sun.. That day we had a performance for the Valentine Run at Bedok reservoir park.. Jasmond and I couldn't find the place so we ended up walking like half of the park before noticing that the event was held at the other side of the park.. We took a bus instead and alight 4 bus stops later.. The run start at 4.30pm, and our performance is at 5+..First we did a rehearsal cause the stage was pathetically small so we had to change formation last min.. We went to take our late afternoon lunch before running back cause they came back earlier then expected and was asking for us.. Everyone did mistake that day.. For me the first 2 song was okay but the last song cause of the sudden change of formation i was unable to remember so i forgot like half of the steps.. Not used to it and we didn't practice much cause of the competition the day before
After that was other performance.. The final one was asking Lionel to dance with the MC.. The lady was really really cute.. Everyone became hysterical and started having a laughing fit that day.. Especially us cause we had inside jokes and stuff.. The MC actually sat on Lionel's lap! It was extremely hilarious.. After the whole event ended, 7 of us went to Bedok mall to eat at Pizza hut, sort of reward ourselves and just satisfying Wan Er's craving.. We had dinner and the dreadful topic resurfaced again and to top it up, Wan Er read a comment from her friend that day whom came over to watch us perform or actually is just her.. He said we didn't put energy into it but was able to dance at that small,tiny stage was actually quite impressive.. Then he said the only person that had looked like have passion for dance was Wan Er and then slowly he added another guy also have a little passion.. I wanted to slap that guy.. Did he even used his eyes to see.. Just because of a few mistakes means no passion so the full out that i danced for the first 2 song was for shit to see.. Just because we did mistakes and couldn't dance properly means we have no passion for dance??.. Bullshit just kept coming day after another.. Maybe i haven't recover from the previous day bullshit so i got offensive really easily.. And i'm proud to say out of 5, 3 of us already cried cause of that competition plus that not helpful comment, i could rip any ones mouth if they were to start showing off for fuck sake.. When it's time to shut up please shut up.. Sorry for ranting and abit of obscenity..
With that, it sums up what i had been doing for the past few weeks.. I will share the video if they upload it.. My exams are around the corner so i wun't be posting until 2nd of march, maybe.. I'm going to Sentosa's Adventure Cove on 1st march, if there isn't any cancellation of plans..In less than 2 weeks, it's Holiday time!! Bye!! =D
