My life just keeps getting better every day!! =D.. One thing that i will never in my life regret was to join Hopstacles and formed a sub group called N.e.G to join competitions..
On 9 Jan, Thurs.. That day, dance training was at Bishan CC.. Singapore's mediacorp, Channel 8, had a variety show whereby local artist such as Yu yi and Mark Lee, whom are the host for the show will go to different CC's to check out some stuff or sth..My chinese isn't that good and they were explaining while filming so i didn't really pay much attention..4 of N.e.G members will be collaborating with Singapore magician KiKi tay, Magician, Illusionist, Artistic Director & Special Effects Consultant ( copied straight out from the net) to dance and perform with the LED lights and etc..
We had our dinner first then started our very first filming at 7.30pm.. It was really really weird and troublesome cause we had to repeat the same scene a few times.. We didn't have script cause it's like normal conversation but for interesting conversation, the director will asked us to repeat again if they want a different angle.. But it will be impossible to say exactly the same thing once more right.. So it was really epic.. Example : When we were doing self intro, the camera will be facing us. After that, the director want a view of Yu yi and Kiki listening to us..So what they did was just stare and pretend to nod.. It was soo awkward when they just look and nod while staring at your face without talking and stuff cause the audio will be edited.. It was really weird, interesting and fun.. Of cause we had to dance while they film also.. HAhas..We had to pretend it was 2 weeks, in fact it's just 1 day of filming as we just change clothes only.. Everyone of us changed shirt only so the pants is really obvious like we wore the same pants for 2 weeks... Super hilarious.. We end the filming at 11pm and that is all..
The performance will be on 18 Jan, 6.30pm and the program will be aired in March.. I will be appearing on TV ( for awhile), Argh!!..
11 Jan, Sat.. I went to Nafa with Jasmond and Leslie that day around 2pm for the open house.. Jasmond registered for the performing art course so he went there to get more info and stuff.. After we went to Milleinium walk to meet Cher Hui as Jas and i need to take something from her.. I needed to borrow her army jacket for the performance as Bugis no longer sell it and N.e.G will be using that for the performance.. We bought Koi drinks from her then took a train to Serangoon and meet Rickmond at Nex shopping mall.. We walked around for awhile then went to the the coffeeshop outside for dinner.. Yen san meet us there before taking a bus tgt to Wan Er hse.. We were there early so we went to buy drinks and some snacks.. We saw Lionel, Waner and rowan at the park while walking back to Wan Er's hse..
We reached her hse around 8 then we just slack and talk until 10 plus before we start the drinking session..That was my first time drinking at my friend's house.. We mixed our own cocktail to go with the vodka.. The next day was Yen San's BD so i was thinking of buying a cake earlier but she was with us so i asked Jing ting to buy as Bird and her will be late.. We drank, we talked, we laughed and we sang Happy Birthday @ 12pm..It was just a small surprise celebration for her.. There were lots of laughter and i sort of made a fool of myself cause i was drunk but i still know what i'm doing.. I didn't drink much but my face was the reddest of them all.. Real lousy drinker.. I did a few things and they kept teasing me then after.. The drinking session ended at around 1.30am with me the first to slp in Wan er's bed..That night was the first time i get to sleep over at my friend's place.. Ow and the first time sleeping in the same room with 2 of my guy friends..
12 Jan, Sun.. Jasmond, Rickmond, Wan Er and i didn't sleep well...I can't sleep well other then in my bed but despite that, i was the one that slept the most as compared to the rest.. We officially got up to wash up at 8 + that day.. Had breakfast, Lionel came over to find us then off we went to Paya Leyba at 10+.. Meet Yen san and Joel there before walking over to somewhere with Rick's friend for our performance.. Everyone thought we will be performing at the old folk's home but instead it was at a restaurant and we got to eat the 8 course meal too.. We weren't expecting that.. Our performance was before the last 2 dishes so we were quite full when we performed.. We even got goodie bags with CNY goodies in it too..
The whole event ended at 3 then off we went to Bedok, for our dance training.. Everyone was super duper tired when we reached the studio.. That day, Rickmond taught us his choreo using some song i forgot.. after that we had to choreo our own 2 sets of 8 for the ending part in groups of 3..I will post the video some other day..We also had a surprise belated BD celebration for Joel as his BD was on 10 Jan.. After that we went to Kongfu paradise for dinner cause that was the only place that can fit all 11 of us and that is all =D.. BYE!! =D
