HAPPY NEW YEAR!! How was my first week of the year 2014?.. It was AWESOME!!.. Okay so on 31 Dec 2013, I went Bugis to meet Wan yong to buy a cap for $10 to use for my performance.. Wan yong asked her friend to come watch the performance so we meet her at Raffles Mrt station before taking a train to Bishan.. I went to meet my dance mates while WY and her friend went to shop around before meeting my parents at 6pm.. N.e.G decided to meet at 4pm, went B1 to buy some light snacks then went over to Bishan CC.. There was a communication breakdown with the event organizer.. So instead of dancing for 7 mins, we had to extend the timing to 12 mins plus.. Our performance officially started at 8+..It was exhausting but fun, nonetheless..
The event organizer allocated 20 mins for us to perform so after the performance, we were asked to teach the kids some kpop moves.. Babyswan, the kids from Korea, joined us on stage too.. They were sooo adorable.. Jasmond, whom is the leader of our group, did some moves and the rest of us were like backup dancers following his every move.. It was really fun and the kids were really really cute.. I didn't get to take photo with them cause Jasmond they all,as usual, never wait for me.. My 2nd uncle and cousins came few mins after my performance ended so will feel bad cause they came all the way from Seng kang to Bishan but could not watch me dance..

I stayed back with a few of the members and Leslie for the countdown..It was my first time counting down with my friends and it was outside so i was really excited and happy.. we went McDonald for supper then went hm.. That day was the first time i reached home at 2+ going to 3 in the morning..

1 Jan, Wed.. I celebrated the first day of the year with my family.. I went to watch Police Story with my parents at Northpoint before meeting my grandparents at Swensens for dinner..
3 Jan, Fri.. That day i went to meet N.e.G members except Joel at Cineleisure, Somerset.. First we went Burger King for dinner, then went to flesh Imp to buy clothes and stuff using our 1st runner up award.. We had a $250 voucher for that shop so it was shopping time.. Everyone had $41 but the only thing that caught my attention was a t-shirt which cost $25, so i decided to give the remaining amount to Jasmond to buy another blouse.. Everyone bought atleast 2 items except for me.. We bought a total of $300+ so the remaining amount they split according to their item..
Rickmond left the place after that which was around 9+, they rest of us wanted to find a place to slack and have a chit chatting session so we went to Actors the Jam Bar just outside of Scape.. Just the start of the year and i drank spirit for the first time!!.. I think i drank Margarita or something.. We drank and chatted until 11+ before heading back home.. Seriously, that was the first time i drank until my face went red but i'm still sober.. Maybe i'm not used to drinking this type of liquor.. I studied beverages so i knew they (Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whisky, Vodka, Brandy) are called spirits.. When i reached home my face was better so my family didn't know i drank..Hehe..It's my little secret ;P
5 Jan, Sun.. We had Hopstacles training that day..Mostly we did PT and some exercises, followed by a short sharing session of a choreo learned from somewhere, and lastly we were asked to form groups of three and choreo 3 sets of 8 withing half an hour.. My team members consist of Jasmond and Hong lan.. It was fun and really funny..After that we had a discussion about some stuff.. N.e.G had 2 performances coming up. One is 12 Jan, Sun (Charity event) and another 18 Jan, Sat ( Art festival).. And they were suggesting to go Wan Er's hse to drink liquor on 11 Jan and stay over as i can't go club, yet, and some other reasons..But staying over at friends hse is also an issue for me..My mum said " See how first", so i had to try to persuade her nearer to the date ... That is all..
