HELLO!!! Had been busy revising for my exam for the past few days so didn't hav the time to blog about the previous week event.. Okay so here it is! =D.. I can't really remember what happened from Mon-Wed so i will just talk about the trip to Malaysia on the eve of Singapore's National day...
8 Aug, Thurs.. My maternal family decided to go on a 2 days 1 night short getaway to Malaysia, JB since it is a public holiday... 2,4,5th auntie and uncle, wan yong and pei qi rented a cab to take them for Aljunied to JB.. 3rd uncle wanted to drive in so my parents and i meet 3rd auntie and uncle at 6am at our hse downstairs.. We took the route from Tuas and there was a very long traffic jam at the Malaysia Custom.. My 3rd uncle wanted to save the environment at that time so he decided to switch off the air conditioning.. We spent 2 hrs smelling car exhaust gases..Saving the environment in a wrong way.. After we passed the checkpoint, went to the dim sum store for our breakfast and that is were we meet the rest of the gang.. hehe.. After eating, some of them took a cab to KSL shopping centre and the rest took my 3rd uncle's car..while waiting for my 3rd uncle and 2nd auntie to wait for the cab with the rest just to make sure everyone can find a cab, my cousins and i talked and played a game to decided who gets to sleep with each other.. I got to sleep with Pei Qi, and Wan yong with my 2nd auntie..
Reached KSL the first thing we did was SHOPPING!.. We were given an hour and a a half to shop as we need to check in to our hotel around 3? i can't really rmb the time so anw, the younger ones went to shop on their own obviously.. I bought a watch for $10 riggit... After shopping, we walked over to one coffee shop to hav our lunch. After eating a few of the aunties wanted to eat durian so the rest went up to the cinema ticket booth to buy tickets first before walking to our hotel which is less than 10 mins from KSL...3 of them wanted to watch Persy Jackson and the rest watched RIPD.. Checked in to our hotel rooms and rest until 5+..The timing that we chose for both movies are almost the same so it all ended around 9+.. Walked over to another hawker centre to hav a seafood feast.. We ate crab, crayfish, stingray just to name a few..Super delicious..
9th Aug,Fri...Woke up at 6+,7 then went to another coffee shop near the hotel for breakfast.. After eating we went back hotel to pack our bags and get ready to check out of the hotel.. My 3rd uncle was supposed to bring us to another place for lunch but everyone decided to just eat at KSL so we don't have to waste time and stuff cause my 4th uncle booked a cab at 2pm to bring them back to Singapore...At the mall, once we knw where we are supposed to meet the rest, the 3 of us took off for our own shopping.. We bought quite alot of stuff, if we had more money with us we would hav bought even more..I guess that is how we control ourselves.. I bought 3 t-shirts and a cute blouse, one of it was for my bro.. while shopping we were helping wan yong to keep a look out for sky blue colored dress as she was asked to be a bridesmaid for Li Eng's, my 2nd eldest cousin, wedding this yr end.. PeiQi and i was discussing whether is it we are too old so we wun't invited to be bridesmaids.. Wan yong was 18 this yr.. We even pretend to cry and console each other..lol.. It was just for fun, we don't really care about this kind of thing...So anw, what we had for lunch that day was waffle pancake and bubble tea cause we ate too much that morning.. After everyone had left the place in the cab, 3rd uncle drove us to somewhere near the woodlands custom so that my mum and 3rd auntie can repair their watches at a cheap rate.. Bought durians and mangoesteens first before driving back to Singapore to catch our National day parade on television..
10th Aug, Sat.. That day we had a farewell dinner and party for Zhi Cong as he is leaving Singapore on 20 Aug to Australia to study at 1 of the University there...I was supposed to meet Lionel, Joel, Wan Er, Jingting,Joel, Rickmond, ZhiCong, Hui Er and Aaron, 7pm at The Cathay's Aston.. iie sort of got the name wrong and went Cathay Cineleisure instead so i was late.. Ow and the dress code that day was suit up so everyone dressed up nicely, the girls wore dresses, skirt, mine was a black romper which look like a dress so it was ok since i wasn't going to the club after that.. Ate, chatted and laughed alot.. The only ones at the dinner that are not going to the club was Wan Er, Lionel and i.. Lionel suggest to go watch The Congjuring after that but it will end very late and will miss our last train so we ditched that idea.. After eating, as there was still enough time for the rest before they meet the rest for clubbing and drinking session, we went arcade to play games.. That day was the first time i played a dancing game called Dance Evolution in front of other ppl.. It was weird but fun nonetheless.. After that said bye to everyone and hm i went..
11 Aug, Sun.. That day quite a few of them didn't attend for dance lesson probably because of hangover as they end their drinking session quite late or should i say early in the morning that day.. We did lots of crunches and PT as our exercises for the past few training.. I'm going to develop abs if this carries on.. Cher Hui taught as a new choreo using the song " Broken hearted".. The dance was fun i enjoyed it very much, kept laughing or smiling while dancing.. Had a short free and easy time so Yen sen, Lionel and Jasmond taught us some Kpop dance.. Had dinner at KFC then hear Rickmond talk about his diet plan and training exercises to loss weight and build muscle.. That is all for that week.. There is more outing and event this week so stay tune to my next post =D... BYE!
