HELLO!!! I know i know. I said i will post an entry on Sun but i was too tired and i was being lazy on Mon and ytd i was out the whole day. Okay, so on Sun evening i was suppose to meet my friends at Bedok bus interchange 3.45pm but i was late. It took about an hour and a half to reach there. Took bus 16 to the Community center. I actually had no idea where the CC is but there was this guy dressed sort of lyk a hip hop style on the bus so i followed him cause he alight at the same bus stop as me. I felt like i'm stalking the guy but oh well, at least i found the place. What i want to say is, thank god i actually make a point to exercise for twice a week for the past couple of weeks or else i don't think i can even survive the warm-up session. My friend Jasmond was in charged of warm-up that day and it's so freaking tiring!!...And i can do 5 push ups nw!!..Hooray!! We were suppose to do 10 for each set but i can't do it fast so i did 5 instead...
After the warm-up Wan er, who is one of my ITE friend also, taught us some retro dance first to make us more hyper or sth. After that, we learned hip hop dance. I have to say, the dance is wayyy better than the ones taught in school when i was in ITE. Schools' choreography was so bad that Soul'D Out got laughed at from other ITE dance crew, even till now actually. I saw the post from the dance website saying not to give dirty looks when others were being a jerk or sth... haiz, anw i'm proud to say tat even after one year of recuperation, i still got the moves~...lolx...At the end of the day, we were split into groups to dance and was video-ed down. They can't upload it on youtube or anywhere cause that dance is going to be used for one of the performance. When the time has come to upload it, i will share it with you. Whoever tat is reading this. Dance end at 7+ and off i went to 2nd auntie hse for dinner, and by the time i reached hm it was 11+.
But ever since then, my knees had been aching really badly every time i tried to bend it. Walking and climbing the stairs lyk an old grand mama..I kinda forgot the art of bouncing. i'm supposed to sprat my legs around shoulder length and bend deeply so it wunt put too much pressure on my knees but i forgot... T.T...Great~, I remembered it the hard way. Okay, so ytd went clementi to meet my IB teammates for project. I waited almost an hour for the everyone to arrived. Spent about 45 mins going round taking photos and that's it. My work starts at 3 o'clock so the rest of the time i was lazing around at Orchard, went lucky plaza for lunch cause the food there is really cheap, then to my work place and watch television program. Ytd was really busy and my leg was aching so it was a very long and tiring day, but there were 4 guys working so i was given the opportunity to not carry the big rectangle tray. Even if i need to carry, i also can't cause i can't bend and i don't think i can balance the tray on my shoulder when my joints are the aged of a 90 yr old lady. hahas. Excuses!...well, that is all...bye! =D
