hi. the best job the i had ever did so far was working at Tangs Vivocity. It was really fun working there with my colleagues. It is quite relaxing at times but during sales period, it was just chaotic over there. i'm in charge of the ladies wardrobe but i'm mostly helping out the laundry section which is the lingerie department.. i have to learn how to measure and read the bust size and stuff lyk that.. it's really fun and it makes mi feel more daring as i have to, you know...so yea, i was there for a month only but i made lots of new friends...on my last day of work, just nice, it was tangs 80th BD so i was asked to help out with the event.
iie didn't know what i was supposed to do until the very last min i found out that i had to pump, tie and distribute balloons...ii can hold a balloon but i can not stretch and tie it...My heart was racing so fast the first few times i tried to tie it but to no avail...the other 2 helper did it way faster than me so i ended up distributing the balloons instead. but somewhere in the middle of the event, 1 of the helper had to go help out at the photo booth so only left the other guy to pump and tie the balloon...the manager over there was complaining that the guy was very slow so iie just went and help him...i was still afraid when i'm tying the balloons but atleast i managed to tie it...so the guy and i took turns to deliver and distribute the balloons...
there was a special guest that day and it was Michelle Chong, the mediacorp artist. she was pretty but too skinny in my opinion. it is cool cause we actually smile to each other as a friendly greeting or sth...there are pros and cons working there but overall it was a great experience and i love working there.. thanks to my colleagues and some friendly customer, it is lyk when they smile or feel happy it makes mi feel good too... Nw i had to find a new job for my school assignment. it has to be a food n beverages department in a hotel industry...troublesome!...actually i got a job with 1 of the hotel near somerset but due to some reasons, they did not contact mi so i hav to look for another hotel before my dateline which is 1 month later...so yea that is all...
