morning woke up at 6, bath and did the usual stuff and iie waited for the bus for very long so iie decided tO walk tO the mrt station...lessons as usual, but at 9+, the whole class went down tO the foyer tO see some performance and celebrated the opening of a new course...every1 tried doing the stucking up of cups thingy and it was FUN~! =D...we had popcorns which is tasteless and it's free =)...hehe...went back class at 11am, then mrs tan continued tO teach us accounting...after skool, joyce, hui ting, zhen yi, mic, betty and iie went J8 ther eat lunch then went tO catch bear bear again...ärtbox is hiring ppl so betty and zhen yi went tO find out more about it...after tat, we went B1 for awhile and hm we went...sae bye tO betty first, zhen yi and iie bought bubble tea to drink while walking hm...we decided to chitchat at her hse voiddeck until 3.55pm then hm we went =D...hehe...we had a great chat and we will be continuing it some other dae =D...ow yea, tis few daes, alot of ppl lyk gort sore throat or falling sick for don't knw wat reasons...sO todae, iie shall share wit those ppl tat i've not shared wit yet about some natural remedies tO cure those sickness =D...trust mi in tis and if ew don't believe ew cn go online check de...firstly is don't always eat medicine cause in the future, your body's good bacteria wunt be able tO fight against those bad becteria in the body...i'm serious, if ew eat too much, your body will become useless or sth...so the best way is don't see doc unless ew feel lyk your dying...fever = drink plenty of water, keep yourself hydrated andget plenty of rest... the more you sweat, the faster it will cure cause sweat takes away the toxin in the body...fever drink "100 plus " cause it's sth lyk panadol lyk tat...if ew are not sick or ew didn't sweat at all , don't drink "100 plus"...cough/sore throat drink "starfruit juice wit salt" or " orange wit warm water" or " grape juice wit honey"...if got flu, drink "starfruit" or "orange"...haiya, to make it easier tO remember, just drink/eat those tat are rich in vitamins lyk orange, lemon wit honey, kiwi, apple, starfruit wit salt and eat lots of vegetables...all these drinks cn not be consumed when it's cold or else the effect wunt be ther...and too much of good stuff will cause harm tO your body, so don't be too greedy to drink them every day even when ew are not sick...drink them when ther's a need for it...google it yourself and read a better description on these remedies...so tat is all for todae =D...bye bye
